Return / Exchange Policy

We have a 48 hours return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.


To start a return or exchange, go to Return / Exchange Policy section and fill out the form. Once your return or exchange is accepted, we will pick up the shipment. Please note that pick-up be will attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code. Please note that reverse pick up will not be done for customer outside INDIA.

 

Please note that there is a charge of Rs 350 for all return and exchange shipment.

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
