A: We ship all U.S. & Canada orders via DHL/UPS Express. Once dispatched, you can expect delivery in 3–5 business days.
Q: Is shipping really free?
A: Yes! We offer free DHL/UPS Express shipping for all U.S. & Canada customers, with no additional charges.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At present, we primarily ship to the United States & Canada. For international orders, please contact care@noggahsunglasses.com.
Q: Will I have to pay customs or taxes on delivery?
A: No, our prices are all-inclusive for U.S. & Canada customers. You won’t be charged extra duties or taxes.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer 14-day hassle-free returns. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original packaging.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email care@noggahsunglasses.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our India facility.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we inspect the returned sunglasses.
Product & Quality
Q: Are Noggah lenses really made of glass?
A: Yes. We use tempered glass lenses for unmatched scratch resistance and optical clarity.
Q: Are your sunglasses polarized?
A: Our current collections are non-polarized, but they provide UV400 protection to block harmful UVA and UVB rays.
Q: Are your sunglasses durable?
A: Yes! Our tempered glass lenses are designed to resist scratches, and our frames are built for daily use while staying lightweight.
Q: Do you offer prescription lenses?
A: We do not provide prescription lenses as off now, but most of our frames can be adapted by local opticians.
Warranty & Defects
Q: What is covered under your 12-month warranty?
A: Our 12-month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects such as faulty hinges or frame misalignment.
Q: What is not covered?
A: Scratches, accidental damage, and general wear and tear are not covered by our warranty.
Q: How do I claim warranty service?
A: If you notice a defect, email care@noggahsunglasses.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery for evaluation.
Orders & Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay and all major credit and debit cards.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us via email.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.
Having Trouble With Your Payment?
