Easy 14-Day Returns

We want you to love your sunglasses. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including protective films, case, and cleaning cloth).

  • The return request must be raised within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns are eligible only for orders shipped within the U.S.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our India facility.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@noggahsunglasses.com. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different model or color, simply return your original item and place a new order for the desired sunglasses.
