At Noggah, we’re committed to premium quality. All sunglasses purchased from noggahsunglasses.com come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects — so you can wear them with confidence.

 



What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty applies only to:

  • Defects in material or workmanship, such as:
    1. Loose hinges or frame breakage occurring under normal use
    2. Delamination or peeling of the lens coating due to a manufacturing defect (not wear-and-tear)
    3. Missing or misaligned parts at the time of delivery

If a covered issue occurs within 12 months from your order delivery date, and you followed our product care guidelines, you may be eligible for a warranty resolution.

 



What This Warranty Does Not Cover

We do not offer replacement or repair for:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling
  • Scratches, scuffs, or cracks on lenses or frames
  • Broken frames due to bending, dropping, sitting on, or crushing
  • Any damage from salt water, heat, humidity, or chemical cleaners
  • Cosmetic wear (e.g., fading, discoloration, or paint loss)
  • Any product that has been altered or repaired by the customer
  • Damage from normal wear and tear

This warranty is not a replacement program, and does not guarantee product exchanges.

 



Eligibility Requirements

  • You must have purchased directly from noggahsunglasses.com
  • Coverage applies to the original item only — not to any replacements or reorders
  • A clear photo showing the issue and the full sunglasses frame is required
  • We may request additional information or images before evaluation

 



Time Limit

All warranty claims must be submitted within 12 months from the original delivery date.

If you submit a claim near the end of the warranty period, don’t worry — we will still evaluate your case as long as it was submitted on time.

 



Our Promise (Without Obligations)

In select cases, we may offer a one-time store credit or discount as a gesture of goodwill — even if the issue is outside warranty. This is purely optional and does not imply eligibility for future support.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description

Our team will assess your case within 2–3 business days and let you know the outcome.

  • Noggah reserves the right to approve or reject claims at our discretion
  • Replacements or credits are issued only if a true manufacturing defect is verified
  • This warranty does not renew or restart if you receive a replacement or credit
